I just used it to make marble pound cake (yummy). I sprayed non stick spray on it and poured the batter in and perfect pop out individual slices of marble pound cake. This is THE BEST item I've bought for homebaked goods, ever. Steel inside the rim makes the pan sturdy (no need to place on top of cookie sheets for baking since it's not floppy). Silicone construction makes it EZ to use: light spritz with oil spray, plus EZ removal of baked goods. Also, "dessert bars" size is ideal. I froze half of them for later use! As mentioned, reduce oven temp a bit (I reduced by 20 degrees.) My dessert bars baked evenly and rose nicely. Terrific product! |
