fits wide mouth Ball jars and doesn't leak, August 11, 2012 By  Lund Wolfe (Tucson, AZ) - See all my reviews    This review is from: Quattro Stagioni 3.75" Replacement Lids (Set of 2) I bought a 12 pack of 33 3/4 oz Bormioli Rocco canning jars and the lids fit the Ball wide mouth jars perfectly and don't leak. These one piece canning lids can also be used for canning, of course. They are expensive, about five bucks for two on Amazon, external site, or ebay, but they look pretty classy. They are claimed to also fit the Kerr wide mouth jars, but I don't have any experience with Kerr. Titles, descriptions, and pictures of the lids are often wrong. Be sure it says it fits wide mouth jars or 3 3/8 inch, or 86 mm (or mislabeled 88 mm). I haven't bought this item. It has a picture of the 56 mm lid and a title of 3.75", not the actual 3 3/8" (86 mm). The description says wide mouth jar, so hopefully that is the correct part of the item and everything else is wrong.
